Imagine your child's' personality captured in a custom portrait on 11 " x 14" canvas! Working from your ideas and favorite snapshots or photos, I'll create a very lifelike and detailed portrait!

I use a mixed media approach for my paintings on stretched canvas, or archival watercolor paper which combines the best aspects of traditional painting (oil and acrylics) with digital painting to achieve an elegant portrait painting with a very realistic likeness! I spend hours hand painting with traditional paintbrushes and digital brushes on each portrait, working through several different stages to showcase all the precious details of your child!

You'll actually become part of the creative process by weighing in on the details at various stages in the development of the portrait. I'll send you composition sketches and images of the work in progress to make sure important details like eye color, hair color, etc. are perfect! By working together we'll create a great portrait!
