Cancel an order
You can cancel an order- as long as the item hasn’t been shipped yet.
Below are the step- by- steps on how to cancel your order:
Sign in to your BF account
Go to Reports – Sales
Under “Action” select – Receipts
Click on “Receipts” to open it then select “Full Refund” button on the receipt
